Pavankumar Kuchana, Chairman and Managing Director- Taksheel Solutions

Pavankumar Kuchana, Chairman and Managing Director- Taksheel Solutions holds Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Telecommunication Branch from Nagpur University. MCA from City College of New York. Prior to joining the company, In the year 1995, he founded IBSS Inc in New Jersey. Pavankumar Kuchana became Director of the company in the year 2000 and In 2006, he was appointed as the Managing Director of Taksheel Solutions.

1. Brief about Taksheel Solutions expansion Plans?

Our company plans use the IPO proceeds for setting up of a new software development centers at SEZ in Warangal and Hyderabad, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives and to meet the general corporate issues and expenses, we work on financing services to increase working capital requirements.

2. Brief about Geographic Spread?

Our company is already has presence in India and New Jersey. Our company is now planning to expand operations in Asia-Pacific markets and Middle-East Countries. 

3. What about acquisitions plans?

We have earmarked Rs. 220 mn for acquisition of mid sized IT firm in the Wealth Management space in the US.
